This 60–90 minute 1:1 virtual session gives you the time and space you deserve to share, process, and begin to heal your birth story.
During our time together, you will have the opportunity to:
✨ Tell your full birth story without being rushed, judged, or minimized
✨ Be witnessed and validated, especially if others haven’t understood your feelings
✨ Explore emotions like fear, disappointment, anger, guilt, or grief in a supportive environment
✨ Identify triggers and begin untangling moments that felt confusing or traumatic
✨ Gain clarity and understanding about what happened and why it may still be affecting you
✨ Receive grounding tools and coping strategies to help you move forward
✨ Begin the healing process and reconnect to your strength, intuition, and voice
This session is for you if:
– You feel unsettled, confused, or emotional when thinking about your birth
